T4W is the registered brand of the services provided by TECFORWORK UNIPESSOAL LDA, Tax ID 513376860, Industrial Property Bulletin No. 111/2015.
The conditions described below govern the relationship between the company and the client. By contracting tourist entertainment services, it is assumed that the client acknowledges and accepts these terms. The general conditions described here may be supplemented by specific conditions sent to the client, with the specific conditions complementing and prevailing over the general conditions.
Service proposals (price, location, and other information) are only valid for the dates presented in the proposal. The description of each service on our website and in the personalized proposals sent to clients is abbreviated but as clear as possible. However, the content and format of the services may undergo slight changes, depending on the time of year and weather conditions. Any changes will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
The activity programs provided to clients include a detailed description of the activities, such as rules of conduct, general and specific conditions, prices, among other information. Participants must therefore review the activity program carefully.
The duration of the activities is provided for indicative purposes only and is approximate, as it depends on external factors beyond the guides’ control. A 15-minute tolerance will be given for all participants to gather at the meeting point.
All activities and programs listed on the T4W.pt website that include accommodation, meals, and other extra activities are marketed and organized by T4W, in partnership with properly registered and licensed partners. The remaining activities and services available are a registered T4W brand, organized and carried out by TECFORWORK UNIPESSOAL LDA, Tax ID 513376860, holder of Reg. No. 6/2015/RAA and RNAAT No. 514/2020.
To register for any predefined tourist activity from T4W, you must do so through the booking system available on the website www.t4w.pt, meaning that by doing so you are purchasing the requested service and agreeing to the General and Specific Conditions of the activity. You therefore commit to paying the full amount of the services related to your booking. Customized or tailor-made activities must be booked via email at geral@t4w.pt.
Payment is made at the time of booking and can be completed through the online methods available on the website www.t4w.pt.
At the time of registration/booking, the Client assumes the following commitments towards T4W:
To have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the details of the activity in which they are enrolling, which constitute the specific participation conditions.
To be in adequate health condition for the activity and to accept its nature, including the risks associated with the possible lack of immediate medical assistance.
To be aware of the physical and psychological demands of the activity, which may lead to unforeseen situations.
In the event of the need to cancel an activity due to reasons beyond our control (for example, extreme weather conditions), we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer you an alternative date at your convenience, or a full refund may be issued.
T4W reserves the right to cancel activities in the following cases:
If the minimum number of participants required for the activity is not met;
If weather conditions or other factors make it impracticable;
If safety conditions are not ensured;
If the conditions defined in the specific terms are not met;
Many activities are dependent on weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather, a new booking will be offered, always subject to the conditions of the respective day.
In the case of cancellation by the client, a full refund may be granted under the following conditions:
For half-day and full-day activities, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the activity, provided that T4W has not already incurred commitments with third-party operators.
For multi-day activities, cancellation must be made up to 72 hours before the start of the activity; otherwise, you may incur costs already committed or lose the total amount paid.
These general conditions are intended for individual clients and not for business partners, travel agencies, or tour operators. They may be revoked or modified by contracts, obligations, or agreements established separately and in writing with business partners such as travel agencies or tour operators. In the absence of any such written agreements, these General Conditions shall apply.
The itineraries included in the programs are for guidance only and may be subject to change. In the services we provide, transportation is not included, unless expressly stated otherwise.
T4W activities strictly comply with safety standards, reducing the risks associated with the activities we carry out. However, participants should be aware that, due to the nature of the activities, risk cannot be completely eliminated.
Participants in T4W activities must commit to following certain rules of conduct that ensure their own safety, the safety of others (whether participants or not), and respect for nature. TECFORWORK UNIPESSOAL LDA and its staff are not responsible for improper behavior by participants during activities, and may terminate an activity if safety conditions or minimum conduct standards are compromised.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are in adequate health condition to participate in the activities. Certain activities require specific conditions, such as minimum age, health status, and other physical and psychological requirements.
Whenever possible, such restrictions will be indicated in the proposal sent to the client, and it is recommended that it is carefully reviewed upon receipt.

Civil Liability Insurance, covering material and non-material damages to third parties and clients that may be attributable to us in the course of our activity.
Personal Accident Insurance: all participants in our activities are covered by a personal accident insurance policy, activated in the name of the client.

Tourist Entertainment Civil Liability: €50,000.00
Death or Permanent Disability: €420,000.00
Medical Treatment and Repatriation Expenses: €73,500.00
All content on the T4W website (texts, photographs, and information) is protected by copyright and may not be used without prior authorization from T4W. Images collected during T4W activities may be used for promotional purposes of its services.
